Austin Tidwell, J.D.
Attorney Austin Tidwell was born and raised in Huntsville, AL. Austin received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of North Alabama in 2021, and his Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law in 2025.
During his time at University of North Alabama, Austin participated in the fishing team and was also initiated into the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity (Phi Upsilon Chapter) where he served as the homecoming chair.
At Birmingham School of Law, Austin was initiated into the Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society, an honorary fraternity organized for the advancement of legal scholarship and ethics.
While Austin is a newly licensed attorney, he is fully ready to serve his community and help guide his clients through difficult legal processes. He is interested in expanding his docket and is determined and ready to take on any case that comes his way.
